By accessing or using Arna-AI, you strictly confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using this service in any capacity.

Arna-AI provides an uncensored AI image generation tool. You agree to use this service responsibly and lawfully. You agree NOT to use the service to generate any of the following:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors in a sexual or exploitative nature.
• Non-consensual deepfakes or realistic depictions of real, private individuals without their explicit consent.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism, extreme gore, or other illegal acts.

Accounts found to be in violation of these rules will be permanently banned without refund. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion.

All purchases of AI generation credits are processed securely via NOWPayments (Cryptocurrency).

Due to the digital and immediate nature of the service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Purchased credits that have not yet been used.
• Partially used credit balances.
• Accounts that have been banned for Terms of Service violations.

You own the rights to the images you generate using Arna-AI. By generating images, you grant Arna-AI a limited, non-exclusive license to display those images solely if you choose to share them publicly within the platform.

However, Arna-AI is not responsible for any copyright claims, intellectual property disputes, or legal issues arising from the images you choose to generate and/or distribute outside of this platform.
